Level 1 Training: 2- 3 Jul 2025, Melbourne

EMDR Level 1 is an introductory workshop that covers the foundations of EMDR Therapy. This workshop will focus on the theory and applications of EMDR therapy to treat PTSD and other presentations. The aim of Level 1 is to equip you with the knowledge of trauma theory and treatment, and the confidence to begin integrating EMDR Therapy into your clinical work with your clients.

Level 1 Training Consists of:

5 hours of online learning
3 hours of facilitated online practicum: 26th June
Two day in person 9am - 5pm workshop: 2-3 July 2025

ELIGIBILITY

EMDR Basic Training is for eligible therapists looking to learn EMDR therapy. To check that you are eligible to be trained in EMDR therapy, please check the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA) eligibility before registering.

EMDR Therapy trainings will meet AHPRA Guidelines for Continuing Professional Development.
